MONROE-WOODBURY YOUTH LACROSSE

Our mission is to be an active, community-based, volunteer program providing a safe, healthy and fun environment for children of all ages to learn and develop lacrosse skills; providing camaraderie, friendships and confidence to serve them in their lives on the field and off.

We believe in these three core values:

TEAM WORK     *     PASSION     * INTEGRITY

TEAM WORK
  • Passing the ball, not individual “stars”
  • Everyone is important, has a role, small or big
  • No one is bigger than the game.
PASSION
  • Discipline to practice regularly
  • Structured coaching
  • Promote History, Tradition
INTEGRITY
  • Honesty, Respect to players, coaches, officials
  • Discipline, Unity, Respect to other teams/league
